I’m passionate about creating compelling stories that meaningfully connect brands with their audiences. Stories that ignite the imagination and shift perspectives.                                                                          

Career

As Head of Brand, Integrated Campaigns & Experiences for IBM across Asia Pacific, I lead a team responsible for enhancing IBM's reputation through branded content, advertising, social media, influencer marketing, brand strategy, design and experiences.

It’s my belief that a rich diversity of perspectives lead to more creative ideas and experiences. Through a human-centred approach, I work to cultivate an inclusive culture where norms are challenged and ideas flow.

I joined IBM before I’d even left university. From starting out managing its social platforms to leading Advertising for Australia and New Zealand with a multi-million-dollar media budget, my journey at IBM has been one of extraordinary professional and personal growth.

I thrive on challenging the status quo and never stop asking questions. In eleven years, I’ve gone from a newbie to a respected marketing executive who manages, motivates and inspires a regional team.

Inclusion

Supporting and empowering the LGBTQ+ community is another passion of mine. Currently, I act as Board Advisor to GiveOut, a charitable organisation focused on supporting, promoting and growing the capacity and funding of LGBTQ+ organisations, projects and events. 

I’m also Co-Chair of IBM's local LGBTQ+ Diversity Group - EAGLE - where I lead a team across Australia and New Zealand to strengthen IBM’s culture of allyship and inclusion and position IBM as the LGBTQ+ employer of choice in the marketplace.

Speaking

I frequently speak at events on the two subjects that I care about the most; brand and inclusion. I regularly address marketing executives and business leaders on the topics of Brand Management, Advertising, Creativity and how storytelling to can be used effectively to engage audiences and drive business growth.

 I’m also a vocal cheerleader for progress being made within IBM and the technology industry on LGBTQ+ inclusion, often addressing fellow LGBTQ+ network co-chairs, HR and Diversity leaders and LGBTQ+ allies in Australian organisations on creating cultures of inclusion.

Education

I graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Commerce and double majors in both Marketing and International Business.
